Senior Web Designer (Figma or Claude)

Are you a senior web designer with a sharp eye for modern, luxury-level websites? Do you deliver conversion-focused designs that developers can build without guesswork? Then we want to hear from you.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced designer who consistently produces modern, professional website designs that align with client goals. You will work directly with our WordPress development team, who turn your designs into live websites in Elementor. You design; we handle the build.

You can work in Figma or in Claude design, as long as your output is clean, well-structured and ready for our developers to implement.

Note: you do not need to know how to use Elementor yourself, but you must understand how to design within Elementor's structure so your designs can be built one to one.

Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive websites in Figma or Claude, intended for an Elementor build
- Deliver clean, well-structured files that developers can implement directly
- Apply UX/UI and conversion principles to every design
- Create and edit the visual assets your designs require, including AI-generated and AI-edited imagery
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to meet technical requirements and client goals
- Provide creative input and continuously improve our design workflow

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a web designer
- Advanced skills in Figma or Claude for web design
- Able to work with Affinity (by Canva) for design and image work
- Able to edit and generate images with AI tools, and a clear understanding of how to direct them to a professional result
- A strong portfolio of modern, professional website designs
- Understanding of what makes a design buildable in Elementor
- Able to deliver a complete website design of 6 pages within 1.5 to 2 working days
- Able to work quickly, independently and in an organized way
- Strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion-oriented design
- Proficient in spoken and written English
