SEO Strategist (Singapore Based Digital Marketing Agency)

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Strategist to drive and scale our agency’s healthcare SEO team. You’ll lead SEO specialists and link builders, oversee strategy and site architecture, and drive organic growth that generates qualified patient enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO and link-building team
- Build and refine SEO SOPs, systems, and workflows
- Develop advanced SEO strategies for competitive healthcare niches
- Oversee content strategy for service pages, blogs, and conversion-focused content
- Identify SEO, UX, and copy issues affecting enquiry rates
- Manage authority-building and link acquisition strategies
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance

Requirements
- 5–8+ years of SEO experience, ideally in healthcare
- Experience managing SEO teams or vendors
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, site structure, and search intent
- Proven experience ranking competitive local keywords
- Proficient in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
