Hey, I’m Malachi! ????
I run a quickly growing UK-based short-form marketing agency, where we focus on helping business owners scale on Instagram through content.
I'm looking for a hungry video editor to create short-form content for some of my new, and existing clients!
I'm really looking for somebody who can:
✔ Stay up to date with the latest editing trends.
✔ Know the psychology behind high-performing edits.
✔ Knows how to innovate their edits to set them apart from the average.
✔ Follow instructions, guidelines, formats, and can communicate well, daily.
✔ Can handle quick deliveries - we create multiple pieces of content a day at most.
✔ Is willing to take feedback and develop within our team, with the potential to become full-time.
And beyond that, I'm looking for somebody who can communicate back and forth with the team and myself, as communication is a core part of what makes our agency successful!
Our standard turnaround time for content is 48 hours, and we do unlimited revisions for our clients, but usually not many revisions are required (we're also phasing out client reviews, so overtime this will become more flush)
???? You will be paid $1,000/month, and will be expected to handle 200 pieces of content per month. Some of the content is as short as 6 seconds long, and others is around a minute long. As we scale, we'll provide you more content to edit as well, as long as you can take it on.
You can work as much as, or as little as you want, as long as the monthly targets are hit and communication is great!
You will also be provided with resources, guides, and briefs to help you create content, alongside continued support from me and another full-time editor!

The best candidates will be invited to perform a trial edit, and the best candidate will be selected for a month-long trial process to see how well you can settle in.
