Short-Form Video Creative Editor — Instagram Reels / Ads (Remote, Long-Term)

We're growing our Instagram presence and paid creative output, and we need one dedicated editor who can produce scroll-stopping short-form video on a weekly rhythm.

Responsibilities

Edit 5–7 vertical videos (9:16, 15–60s) per week from raw footage, screen recordings and briefs we supply
Write and animate on-screen text/captions; add SFX, music and simple motion graphics
Cut multiple hook variations per video for testing
Deliver on a fixed weekly schedule and keep a clean project/asset library
Iterate fast on feedback — we ship, measure and adjust weekly

Requirements

2+ years editing short-form content for Instagram/TikTok (brands or creators)
Strong feel for pacing, hooks and retention, you understand why a video keeps people watching
Tools: Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro, After Effects (basic), Screen Studio is a plus
English: good written communication

Bonus to have

Experience with DTC/e-commerce ad creatives or SaaS demos
Basic AI video/voice tools (ElevenLabs, Runway, etc.)
Helping capability for making scripts for videos
Work also as creative strategist
