The Role

We're looking for a Part-Time Content Creator with light admin support responsibilities. This is a long-term role with a clear path to full-time.

20 hours/week | $300/month USD ($70/week) | Weekly payment | Starting immediately

Schedule

- 20 hours/week distributed across Monday to Friday primarily
- Flexible, you choose your daily hours within PHT business time
- Occasional weekend support (max 2x/month) for urgent content or time-sensitive posts
- Results-based, not hour-based monitoring

Main Responsibilities

1. Video Editing (40%)
- 2 long-form YouTube videos per month (8-15 minutes each)
- 8 short-form videos per month (30-60 seconds, Reels/Shorts/TikTok)
- Content ranges from real-footage brand and social content (before/after, educational tips, service explainers, customer stories) to AI-education and cartoon/Nickelodeon-inspired style
- Dynamic captions, B-roll, basic motion graphics

2. Graphic Design (20%)
- YouTube thumbnails
- Social media post graphics (Canva)
- Simple branded assets

3. AI Asset Generation (15%)
- Image generation (Nano Banana, Midjourney, or similar)
- Character art, backgrounds, supporting visuals
- Following detailed briefs

4. Social Media Management (15%)
- Scheduling posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Basic caption drafting
- Engagement monitoring

5. Light Admin Support (10%)
- File organization (Google Drive)
- Basic research tasks (competitor analysis, data gathering)
- Spreadsheet updates
- Simple documentation

Growth Path

As our content volume grows, this role will evolve:

- Month 4-6: Hours may increase to 30-40 hrs/week, salary $450-$600
- Month 7-12: Option for full-time at $650-$800/month
- Scope will narrow to specialization (video editing + graphic design focus)
- SMM and admin tasks will transfer to other team members

Salary reviewed every 3 months based on performance.

Who You Are

- 1-2+ years experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Portfolio showing long-form AND short-form work, including editing real footage (not just templates or animation)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva minimum)
- Familiar with AI image tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar) OR willing to learn fast
- Comfortable with social media scheduling tools
- Good English written communication
- Reliable internet (backup required)
- Available during regular PHT business hours

Bonus Points:

- Experience editing for home services, trades, or local service businesses
- Experience with cartoon/animation-style editing
- After Effects skills
- Thumbnail design portfolio (YouTube-specific)
- AI education or tech content experience
