SME Financing Telemarketer

We're hiring an outbound telemarketer to qualify corporate financing leads for SMEs. This is a pioneer role on a new team — strong performers move into a manager position overseeing the next hire.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call SME prospects regarding corporate financing/loan opportunities
- Qualify each lead by getting explicit agreement to be contacted by a financing specialist (not booking an appointment — just clear consent to follow-up)
- Log every call and outcome accurately
- Maintain call quality — all recordings are reviewed weekly

SCHEDULE
- 5.5 days/week
- Shifts within SG hours 10am–7pm and 1pm–10pm, 2 days evening-call rostering

KPI
100 qualified leads/month

PROBATION (3-6 months)
- Target: 600 qualified leads cumulative over the probation period (audited for quality, not just volume)
- Checkpoint: minimum 300 qualified leads by month 3 — falling short here means probation ends early
- Can clear probation faster than 6 months if pace and quality both hold

AFTER PROBATION
- Full-time status, benefits (PTO, wellness incentive, overseas trip)
- Path to Manager role overseeing the next hire, base raised to $900/month

REQUIREMENTS
- Prior telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling experience (financing/lending industry a plus)
- Strong spoken English
- Reliable internet, quiet home setup
- Comfortable with rotating shifts including evening hours
