Social Media Manager / Short-Form Content Editor
We are looking for a reliable, creative Social Media Manager to help manage social media for several
restaurant and real estate businesses in Texas, USA.
This is a long-term remote position for someone who is good at short-form video editing, Canva graphics,
social media posting, and writing natural English captions.
Main Responsibilities
You will help manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
Turn raw iPhone videos and photos into professional-looking content
Create graphics using Canva
Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
Write natural English captions
Schedule and publish posts
Create a weekly/monthly content calendar
Post restaurant promotions, new menu items, events, construction updates, and announcements
Create real estate property posts when needed
Respond to basic comments and messages
Keep branding consistent
Track basic social media performance
Suggest new content ideas and trends we should use
Most raw photos and videos will be provided to you by employees in the United States.
You do NOT need to physically take the photos or videos.
Businesses
Most of the content will involve:

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill restaurant locations
Restaurant construction and new store openings
Commercial real estate
Apartments and rental properties
Experience with restaurant, food, hospitality, franchise, or real estate social media is a plus.

What We Are Looking For
You should:

Have excellent written English
Understand American/U.S. social media style
Know Instagram Reels and TikTok
Be very comfortable using Canva
Know how to edit videos in CapCut or similar software
Know how to add subtitles, music, transitions, hooks, and text overlays
Understand what makes short-form videos interesting
Be able to work independently
Meet deadlines
Be responsive during agreed working hours
Be organized
Be willing to learn our businesses and brands
We do NOT want generic AI-looking posts or captions.
Content should feel natural, modern, and human.
Schedule
Full-time preferred.
Approximately 40 hours per week.
Some flexibility is available, but you must be available for communication during part of U.S. Central Time
business hours.
Compensation
Starting salary:
$600 USD per month
This will begin with a 30-day paid trial period.
If your work is excellent and you become a valuable long-term member of the team, compensation can
increase based on performance and responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position.
