Pay: $600/month USD

Overview:
Looking for someone with experience to grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Threads — organic growth only, no paid ads. You'll create the content and be responsible for growing the accounts. This is a results-driven role — how you manage your time is up to you, as long as the accounts are growing and content is consistent.

Responsibilities:

Create at least 1 video per day using your own AI avatar tools (Veo3, Omni, HeyGen, Captions, Arcads, or similar)
Post across IG, FB, TikTok, YT Shorts, and Threads.
Write platform-optimized captions and hashtags
Track performance and adjust content strategy based on what's working.
Engage with comments/DMs to build community and drive discovery.
Stay current on trends/algorithm changes and adapt accordingly

Requirements:

Proven experience growing a social media account (include before/after follower numbers or portfolio)
Access to and experience with AI avatar video creation tools.
Strong English (written captions, scripts)
Self-directed — you manage your own schedule to hit growth targets.
