Supply Chain Manager

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our company's supply chain and logistics strategies.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and monitor supply chain strategies, analyzing data and KPIs to drive efficiency
- Streamline processes in real-time and resolve issues like production delays, delivery challenges, and inventory shortages
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams
- Manage and assess the performance of direct reports (people leadership skills)
- Ensure timely, accurate work and maintain confidentiality of company data


REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager; international experience is a plus
- E-commerce experience required; FMCG experience is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a strategic, analytical mindset


SET-UP:

- Remote, Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM PHT (and is flexible to do mid-shift ONLY when deemed necessary
