Job Description
We are a fast-growing EU-based e-commerce brand looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can take ownership of our supply chain from supplier to warehouse.

You will work directly with the founders and our suppliers, logistics partners and warehouses. This is not just an administrative purchasing role. We are looking for someone who can plan ahead, work with data, negotiate with suppliers and continuously improve the way our supply chain operates.

A key part of the role will also be helping us build and improve our own internal supply chain tools and dashboards, using automation, AI and no-code tools where useful.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers
- Create and manage purchase orders and production planning
- Monitor production timelines and proactively prevent delays
- Coordinate international shipments, freight forwarders and warehouses
- Manage inventory across our e-commerce channels and warehouses
- Build accurate inventory forecasts based on sales, lead times and seasonality
- Determine when and how much stock needs to be reordered
- Prevent both stock-outs and unnecessary overstock
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times and payment terms with suppliers
- Improve supplier agreements and working capital where possible
- Maintain a clear overview of upcoming payments and purchasing commitments
- Build and improve internal supply chain dashboards, systems and automations
- Create better processes for forecasting, purchasing, logistics and inventory management
- Identify risks early and come up with solutions before they become problems

Who we’re looking for

You are structured, analytical and proactive. You don’t wait until inventory runs out or a shipment is delayed—you spot potential issues beforehand and take action.

Ideally, you have experience working in e-commerce, consumer products or an international supply chain environment.

We’d love to work with someone who:

Has experience with inventory planning, purchasing or supply chain management
Is comfortable communicating and negotiating with international suppliers
Has strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Understands forecasting, lead times, MOQs and inventory management
Is interested in AI, automation and building smarter internal tools
Communicates clearly in English
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Takes ownership and follows tasks through until they are completed
Can work independently while keeping the team updated
Enjoys improving processes instead of simply following existing ones

Experience with Shopify, Amazon, 3PLs, freight forwarding, ERP/inventory systems, Make, Zapier or other automation/no-code tools is a plus.

What we offer

You’ll join a small and ambitious European e-commerce team where you can have a direct impact on the business. You won’t be one person in a huge supply chain department—you’ll have the opportunity to build the systems, processes and tools with us as we grow.

This role can grow into broader responsibility for our complete supply chain and operations.

Hours: 32–40 hours per week
Location: Remote
Working hours: Some overlap with European/CET business hours is required.

When applying, please tell us briefly about your previous supply chain experience and give us an example of a situation where you improved inventory planning, supplier terms or another supply chain process.

Bonus: Start your application with the word “FORECAST” so we know you’ve read the full job post.
