Territory Sales Associate – NCR, Cebu, Davao & Cagayan de Oro

We are urgently hiring Territory Sales Associates to join our growing sales team.

Locations: NCR, Cebu, Davao City, and Cagayan de Oro City
Employment: Full-Time, Field-Based
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: PHP 18,000–22,000/month + commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and expand the company's market presence within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits and cover assigned locations and client/project sites.
• Research and approach prospective clients and convert opportunities into active accounts.
• Prepare quotations, present and explain product solutions, and respond to client requirements.
• Assist clients with credit assessment documentation and coordinate timely collections and payments.
• Work toward assigned sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree graduate; Business, Marketing, or related courses preferred.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in lighting, hardware, paints, tiles, construction supplies, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with regular field work and travel within the assigned territory.
• Honest, trustworthy, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with sales quotas.
• A valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
