Location: Davao City
Employment: Full-Time, Field-Based
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: PHP 35,000/month + commission

The Territory Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies for lighting and/or construction-related products while building relationships with contractors, architects, developers, distributors, project managers, and other industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, open new accounts, and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, project managers, developers, and other key clients.
• Conduct site and client visits, present product solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Monitor sales performance against quotas and identify opportunities based on regional market trends.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and credit/collection teams to support smooth order fulfillment and timely payments.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree; Business, Marketing, or related courses preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in lighting, tiles, paints, hardware, construction supplies, or related products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, account-management, and time-management skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Comfortable with regular field travel.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Results-driven and experienced in working toward sales targets.
