We are scaling our digital footprint across TikTok Shop and Amazon FBM.We are seeking a data-driven, experienced TikTok Shop Media Buyer to manage our paid advertising pipeline. You will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and scaling GMV Max Ads and Spark Ads to maximize revenue performance.Core Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and optimize TikTok Shop paid ad campaigns (GMV Max and Spark Ads).
2. Asset Amplification: Actively monitor our affiliate creator database, identify organic viral winning videos, and instantly amplify them using Spark Ads to scale daily conversion volume.
3. Performance Budgeting: Manage daily and weekly ad spend targets ($50/day scaling to $200–$500/day based on performance data) to hit strict ROAS targets.
4. Comprehensive Testing: Execute structured A/B testing on ad text, hook combinations, and audience segments.
5. Daily Performance Reporting: Track ad spend, gross revenue, and exact ROAS metrics into our shared tracking dashboard daily.
* Job Requirements:
* Proven track record running successful TikTok Shop Ads or TikTok Business Manager campaigns for e-commerce brands.
* Strong analytical skills—must understand how to read metric performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection with a backup power/data solution.
