Top Performing Appointment Setter Wanted – NZ Company

JD Life is a successful and growing New Zealand financial advice firm looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team.

This is NOT an inbound customer service or general VA role.

We are looking for someone who loves sales, is confident speaking to cold prospects, can handle objections and knows how to BOOK THE APPOINTMENT.

If you've previously been a top cold caller, salesperson or appointment setter, we want to hear from you.

YOUR ROLE

You will:

Make outbound calls to cold leads
Speak with New Zealand prospects and business owners
Generate and research new leads
Data mine potential clients
Build rapport and handle objections
Book qualified appointments for our advisers
Accurately record call outcomes
Submit daily call and appointment reports

Your calls and appointment results will be monitored.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You must have:

Proven outbound cold-calling experience
Previous appointment-setting or sales experience
Excellent spoken English
A confident, friendly and professional phone manner
Ability to understand and adapt to the New Zealand accent
Strong objection-handling skills
A genuine passion for sales and achieving targets
Reliable computer and fast internet
Quality noise-cancelling headset
Quiet work-from-home environment
Backup power/internet solution in case of outages
HOURS & SALARY

Salary: PHP 20,000 per month
Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday
Schedule: New Zealand business hours

You must be able to start at approximately 4:00 AM Philippines time / 9:00 AM New Zealand time.

Hours may change slightly due to New Zealand daylight-saving time.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Our proven appointment-setting methods
New Zealand client communication
Call scripts and objection handling
Our financial services
Company procedures, systems and protocols

You don't need to know New Zealand insurance or ACC — we'll teach you that.

What we can't teach is the drive and confidence to pick up the phone and make the sale.

NO RECORDING = NO INTERVIEW

“Good morning/afternoon/evening, my name is (your name) and I am calling on behalf of JD Life.

I believe we can help you maximise your current ACC position by making sure that you are on the correct ACC classification unit and by giving you a free assessment to make sure that you are not overpaying on your ACC levy.

We have a broker around the area, and his role is to pop out and see farms and businesses with regards to their ACC, to show them how it may work for them or sometimes how it may not work for them.

It's approximately a 20-minute catch-up with no cost and no obligation on your behalf. Would that be of interest to you?”
