"Tutorial Content Producer (Scriptwriter + Screen Recorder) "

We run YouTube channels focused on software and AI tool tutorials, reviews & comparisons. We're looking for a Content Producer to research, script, and record our step-by-step videos.

We need a minimum of 8 videos per month, about 2 per week on a steady schedule (not all at once at the end of the month). Videos are typically 8-12 minutes long. Topics include how-to tutorials, tool reviews, and tool comparisons.

HOW IT WORKS:
I send you a short brief on a topic/tool. You test the tool yourself, write out the exact steps, write the video script, and record clean screen footage of the process. You submit everything to our review team, who pass it on to the editors.

You will not need to record your voice or appear on camera. Voiceovers and avatars are handled separately.

YOU WILL:
- Read a brief and learn the tool or topic quickly
- Test the process yourself and write accurate, numbered steps
- Write a clear, natural, easy-to-followscript for each video
- Record high-quality screen footage that matches the script (clean cursor, steady pace, correct resolution)
- Flag anything in the brief that is wrong, outdated, or doesn't work as described
- Follow our script template, naming conventions, and submission process
- Fix issues sent back in review quickly

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written English (this is the most important skill for the role)
- Experience with screen recording software (OBS, Loom, Camtasia, or similar)
- Comfortable learning new software and AI tools quickly
- Attention to detail: every step must work exactly as written
- Reliable internet and a computer that can record smoothly at 1080p or higher
- Able to meet deadlines and communicate proactively

NICE TO HAVE:
- Previous tutorial, how-to, or YouTube content experience
- Experience with AI tools or SaaS software

WORKING SETUP:
- We will provide access to any paid tools you need for testing and recording.
- Each brief comes with a deadline (usually 3 days). Hours are flexible, but you must be reachable on ---------- and respond within a day.

PAY:
$25 per video that passes review, with a guaranteed minimum of 8 videos per month. We're looking to scale, and there will be more work available for the right person. Rates for additional volume will be discussed once we get there. Top performers get first access to extra work, plus a path into a senior or QA role.
