CapCut UGC Video Editor | Part Time to Start | Paid Meta Ads

I'm looking for a CapCut editor to help cut short form UGC ads for apparel and lifestyle brands. They run as paid Meta ads. Most are vertical talking head videos, and some are voiceover over b roll. My editing style is pretty relaxed, so if you're comfortable in CapCut you'll pick it up quickly.

The job, in order of importance:
1. Cutting dead space and adding an audio overlay so every video sounds seamless. The first word should land right away, with no dead air at the start
2. Adding b roll clips, product overlays, and subtle zooms and keyframes. I'm particular about this part, so this is where most of my feedback will be
3. Everything else, including exporting in 4K whenever possible

Each file I upload is its own video, so please don't combine them. Most are filmed in one take. Sometimes I redo the ending, and when I do, use the last take.

Down the road I'd like to turn one video into several. For example, turning a regular talking head into a full b roll video, or a green screen version where you remove my background and put me over b roll.

Pay: $300/month for the first two weeks, then $350/month as we ramp up, plus bonuses. Paid through Wise every two weeks or monthly, your choice. Your pay is guaranteed to go up over time as long as we continue to work together.

HOW THE WORK FLOWS
I upload my raw footage to a shared Google Drive folder and ping you in ---------- once everything is up. You d ---------- where the b roll goes. If I want more or less, I'll let you know in ---------- . Upload each video to the Finals folder when it's done, and ping me in ---------- once all of that day's videos are finished.
The first two weeks are light and part time while you learn my style, around 2 to 8 videos a day. After that we'll ramp up, and the goal for now is 10 to 12 videos a day.

4. Send me the link in your application.
