OVERVIEW

We're recruiting a full-time Video Editor from the Philippines to join our YouTube content production team. The role centres on complex, long-form YouTube videos and multi-camera studio projects, edited to a professional broadcast standard in DaVinci Resolve - alongside high production value, short-form social media content, which is a key priority for this hire.
The ideal editor is reliable, proactive, and confident working independently in a hands-off, trust-based environment. They bring a strong eye for storytelling, take initiative, and communicate clearly when reviewing feedback or suggesting improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Edit complex, long-form YouTube videos and multi-camera studio content to broadcast standard in DaVinci Resolve
-Produce high production value, short-form social media content - a core focus of this role
-Integrate motion graphics, transitions, and text treatments as needed
-Manage internal and client feedback through ---------- , listening carefully and applying notes effectively
-Maintain consistent quality standards and on-time delivery
-Keep project files organised within L ---------- and shared systems
-Communicate clearly with producers, especially when clarifying briefs or proposing creative solutions

REQUIREMENTS

-Proven experience editing YouTube or commercial video content
-Demonstrable experience producing high production value, short-form social media content (highly important)
-Advanced DaVinci Resolve proficiency (non-negotiable)
-Ability to handle complex multi-cam edits confidently
-Excellent communication and feedback interpretation skills
-Strong time management and attention to detail
-Comfortable working without micromanagement
-Reliable equipment and a stable, high-speed internet connection

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES

-Background in motion graphics or basic animation
-A proactive, problem-solving mindset — someone who anticipates needs rather than waiting for instruction
-Comfortable voicing ideas and contributing to creative discussions
