# Video Editor / Graphic Designer — Full-Time

We’re looking for a **high-level Video Editor / Graphic Designer** to join our team full-time.

We are a **fast-moving startup media company** that partners with influencers and creators to build and scale digital products — including courses, coaching programs, communities, and education products that genuinely have a positive impact on people’s lives.

You’ll be working across **multiple clients and brands**, so you need to be creative, adaptable, fast, and able to match different editing styles.

## What You'll Be Doing

* Editing short-form and long-form video content
* Creating engaging social media content
* Creating **advanced motion graphics** when required
* Designing graphics, thumbnails, carousels, and other visual assets
* Working across multiple brands with completely different visual identities
* Replicating existing editing styles accurately
* Developing new editing styles when needed
* Working alongside our creative and marketing team
* Turning around most editing projects within **24 hours**
* Taking feedback quickly and making revisions without unnecessary back-and-forth

## Requirements

You must be proficient in at least one of:

* **CapCut**
* **DaVinci Resolve**
* **Adobe Premiere Pro**

You should also:

* Be capable of **advanced motion graphic editing**
* Have strong **graphic design skills**
* Have a strong understanding of pacing, retention, sound design, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling
* Be able to adapt to different editing styles rather than forcing everything into one style
* Be comfortable working across multiple clients simultaneously
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Communicate clearly and respond quickly
* Be reliable with deadlines
* Be able to consistently deliver work within **24-hour turnaround times**
* Be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where things change quickly

Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is a bonus.

## Hours

This is a **40-hour-per-week position**, working Monday–Saturday.

A typical schedule could look like:

**Monday:** 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM UK time
**Tuesday:** 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM UK time
**Wednesday:** 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM UK time
**Thursday:** 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM UK time
**Friday:** 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM UK time
**Saturday:** 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM UK time

**Total: 40 hours per week.**

The exact hours are **flexible**.

We don't care whether you prefer working in the morning, afternoon, or evening — as long as there is good overlap with the UK working day, communication is fast, deadlines are hit, and the work gets done.

We care much more about **output, reliability, and speed** than whether you start work at an exact time every day.

Send us a **Loom video showing your actual editing timelines** inside CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or whichever software you use.

Walk us through:

* Some of your strongest edits
* Your editing timeline
* How the edit was constructed
* Motion graphics you've created
* Any graphic design work you've done
* Different editing styles you've worked with

We want to see the **actual project files/timelines**, not just the finished videos.

This helps us separate people who genuinely created the work from people simply submitting portfolio pieces.
