Video Editor Needed for YouTube + Social Media

I’m looking for a creative and experienced video editor to help me consistently create content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
I’ll be creating weekly short-form and long-form content, including:

Fashion & styling videos
Day-in-the-life/lifestyle vlogs
YouTube videos
YouTube Shorts
TikToks & Instagram Reels
What I need:
Strong experience editing YouTube/lifestyle/fashion content
Proficient in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro
Great sense of pacing, storytelling, music, transitions, captions, etc.
Able to pull engaging short clips from longer videos
Able to create YouTube thumbnails
Understands current YouTube, TikTok & Instagram content
Creative, reliable, and able to meet weekly deadlines
