Video Editor & Social Media Manager — Part-Time

**Starting Pay:** $5–$7 USD/hour

We are looking for a creative, reliable **Video Editor & Social Media Manager** to help create and manage content for a growing home-service company in California.

This position is perfect for someone who is creative, understands social media, can work independently, and wants an opportunity to grow into a long-term full-time role.

## What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

* Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
* Turning raw footage from our team into polished, engaging videos
* Creating graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar software
* Creating Instagram and Facebook posts
* Creating Google Business Profile posts
* Writing basic captions and social media copy
* Creating before-and-after posts from completed jobs
* Repurposing existing photos and videos into new content
* Organizing our photo and video content
* Scheduling and publishing posts
* Helping maintain a consistent brand style across our social media
* Creating promotional graphics, offers, educational posts, and service-related content
* Coming up with new content ideas based on the footage and information we provide
* Helping us improve our overall social media presence

You may also occasionally help with other simple marketing-related projects as the position grows.

## What We're Looking For

* Has strong video editing skills
* Has graphic design experience
* Understands Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
* Can create professional-looking content without needing constant direction
* Has good written English
* Pays close attention to details
* Communicates well
* Meets deadlines
* Is organized and dependable
* Is willing to learn our company, services, customers, and brand
* Can take feedback and make revisions quickly
* Is interested in a long-term position and growing with our company

Experience with **CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools** is a plus.

## Schedule & Pay

This position will start **part-time** at **$5–$7 USD per hour**, depending on your experience, skill level, and portfolio.

We are looking for someone we can build a long-term working relationship with. If you're a great fit and our needs continue to grow, there will be an opportunity to move into a **full-time position with additional responsibilities and growth opportunities.**
