Who We Are

Raicom is a US-based e-commerce company built on fulfillment, advertising, and customer experience working closely together. We started with a single warehouse in Pennsylvania and have since grown to four, with a team spanning the Philippines, the US, Canada, Brazil, and beyond.

We move fast and lean into new tools early: AI-assisted ad platforms, in-house customer service AI, and constant experimentation are part of how we operate day to day.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll sit at the center of how our ad campaigns run, from launch to live monitoring to reporting. You'll start on Meta, then expand into other platforms as you build skill. You'll use AI-assisted tools (Meta Ads Manager, RapidAds, Koast) that we'll train you on from day one.

As we test new approaches and platforms, the scope shifts. The people who do well here are the ones who see that as room to grow, not as a lack of structure. So, this isn't a role with a fixed script.

What You Need Going In
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Full-time availability, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM ET (might change depending on the business needs)
- Comfort learning new tools fast, even ones you've never touched
- No ad ops experience necessary. We'll teach you the tools.
