Virtual Recruitment & Client Support Assistant

We are a Singapore-based Employment Agency looking for a Virtual Recruitment & Client Support Assistant. This is a work-from-home job, hours are flexible (yay!), but I need someone who’s very positive and committed, someone who can get on Zoom/Whatsapp calls with me regularly.

Starting monthly Pay: 400 Singapore Dollars (about 20,000 Pesos)

Job Requirements
- Good command of English
- Get on Zoom calls with me at least once a week, without looking drowsy.
- Easily contactable via WhatsApp, don’t ghost me please.
- Flexible work hours
- Stable internet, with a home Wifi and your own laptop
- Eager to learn new ways of doing work, and open to constructive feedback

Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with domestic helper candidates via Google Meet
- Coordinate and follow up interviews between employers and candidates (Whatsapp video/Zoom)
- Update record use Excel
- Responds to Whatsapp inquiries
- Update and maintain Social Media account
