JOB TITLE: WEBSITE & SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

About the Role:
• Full-time web & software developer for Logic Minds
• Make the design, development, and maintenance of all current and future app projects and websites
• Take ownership of projects and manage them through to completion
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Designers, Developers, Testing team to design and develop new Apps & Features

About You:
• Have experience building commercial applications
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Ability to communicate clearly & properly, especially to non-technical stakeholders
• AND most importantly, a passion for all things development!

Responsibilities include:
• Understanding the client requirements and how they translate to application features
• Collaborating with other IT professionals/staff to set specifications for application
• Writing high-quality source code to program the application
• Troubleshoot and debug
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent design and code

Required Skills:
• Important: WordPress, Elementor, and DiVi
- Strong understanding of the platforms, including themes, plugins, and core functionality.
• Front-end Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Back-end Development: Experience with PHP and MySQL.
• Responsive Design: Ability to create websites that adapt to different screen sizes and devices.
• SEO: Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and debug website issues.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly testing websites to ensure they function correctly across different browsers and devices.
• Database management: Involves managing the database, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity and security.
• Custom plugin and theme development: Creating custom plugins and themes to extend WordPress/Elementor/DiVi functionality and tailor it to specific project needs.
• Integration with third-party services: Connecting the website with other services and APIs. Knowledge/experience of ComplyFlow is an advantage.


Good to have:
• Proven experience creating custom REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with webhooks (event-based systems, retries, signatures, validation)
• Experience with GoDaddy server. This includes implementing the core functionality of WordPress and ensuring its smooth operation on the server.
• Familiarity with Shopify website and shop building.



REMUNERATION and WHAT WE PROVIDE
• Work Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm (Melbourne Australian Time Zone)
(equivalent to 6:30 am – 3:00 pm Philippine time, subject to seasonal daylight savings changes)
• Workdays: Monday-Friday
• Salary per month: 30,000php
• Pay Cycle: 15th to 16th of each month, with salary paid on the 15th.
• Holidays: 20 days paid holiday per year accrued
• Sick Leave: 10 days paid sick leave per year accrued, provided with a medical certificate
• Public Holidays: Australian Public Holidays
