YouTube Channel Assistant – Part-Time/ Full time- Long-Term

I'm starting several faceless documentary-style YouTube channels and have a team of freelancers. I need a reliable part-time or full time assistant to help launch new channels and scale the existing ones.

Please read everything before applying. Don't apply if you don't have experience or aren't willing to work hard and be able to take tasks and lead a team of freelancers

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow. As the channels grow, so will your role, responsibilities and pay.

What you'll do:
-Upload and schedule videos with titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails exactly as briefed
-Manage video editors and thumbnail designers: send briefs, chase deadlines, keep uploads on schedule
-Review every video and thumbnail against each channel's standards and send clear revision notes
-Research competitors and outlier videos for new topics, when needed
-Track channel performance and report weekly

What I need:
Experience with faceless/automation YouTube channels
Excellent attention to detail, every upload must be checked and correct
Ability to follow instructions and channel guidelines exactly, without improvising
Experience managing freelancers or creative teams
Good written English, organised and dependable

Nice to have, if not needs to be a fast learner:
Familiarity with vidIQ or ---------- , Trello,
