THE ROLE

We're looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships (i.e., client calls, client communications, understanding client goals and requirements), and coordinate with internal technical team to ensure client delivery is working smoothly. The role requires a good understanding of cold outreach / GTM, as you'll need to have conversations with clients about this topic, and good knowledge here will be crucial to ensure smooth delivery between clients and the technical team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Experience in outbound/GTM
- Experience in managing client relationships
- Fluency in English, with a neutral accent
