Creative Strategist

We run paid acquisition (Meta) for home-service and local-service businesses.

The role
You own the idea and the words behind our ads. Not the editing, not the media buying — the angle, the hook, the copy, and the read on what worked. You will write, not just brief.

What you'll do
Research each client's ICP (offer, objections, buying triggers, competitor ads) and turn it into 3–5 testable angles per cycle.
Write the full package per concept: hook, primary text, headline, lead-form questions, and calendar/landing page copy.
Write pre-qualifying copy — filtering out tire-kickers is the job, not maximizing raw lead volume.
Brief the video/design team with scripts and reference so they can execute without guesswork.
Read performance weekly (CPL, lead→booked, booked→show) and d ---------- what to scale, iterate, or kill — with a reason.
Keep our hook/body component library updated so winning ideas get reused, not rediscovered.


You're a fit if you have
2+ years writing direct-response copy for paid social (agency or in-house), with ads you can show us.
Native-level written English and a feel for how North American homeowners/small-business owners actually talk.
Comfort in Meta Ads Manager reporting — you can read a table and form an opinion.
Local-service, home-improvement, or lead-gen experience (strong plus).
Self-direction: we give you the account and the data, not a daily task list.


Not a fit if: you're primarily a designer/editor, you've only written brand or SEO content, or you need a creative director to hand you angles.
