Customer Support Agent (Live Chat) – Online Gaming / Fintech

we run a licensed real-money sports betting and poker platform for indian players. we've just launched a customer support portal and need two full-time agents to handle everything that comes through it.

what you'll do

answer player queries through our support portal: login, kyc, deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonuses. the portal handles hindi translation, you work in english.
resolve what you can, escalate what you can't to our payments and dev team, and log every ticket so we can fix root causes.
cover shifts between 2pm and 2am manila time, including weekends, on a rota with one other agent. shifts are fixed a week ahead.

what we need

2+ years live chat support, including at least 1 year at a betting, casino or fintech company. this is a hard requirement.
clear written english. calm with an angry player whose withdrawal is late.
comfortable with payment flows (upi, crypto deposits) and quick to learn a back office.
stable internet, own laptop, quiet workspace, webcam for the interview.

pay and terms

750 usd per month, paid monthly via wise, direct contract with the operating company.
paid 2-week trial on real tickets, then full time if it works. start asap.
