LEAD → ANALYSIS → NEGOTIATION → CONTRACT → CLOSING → DISPOSITION

✅ Proven experience closing U.S. residential wholesale deals
✅ Nationwide market experience
✅ Strong property analysis & comps
✅ Excellent seller negotiation skills
✅ Experience with motivated seller leads
✅ Acquisition AND disposition experience
✅ Understands assignments & double closes
✅ Strong follow-up and CRM skills
✅ Excellent spoken & written English
✅ Confident speaking with U.S. homeowners
✅ Self-starter who can work independently

We want someone who has actually done residential wholesaling and can step in and produce.

$800-$1200/month base + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS

Top performers can potentially earn $2,000–$4,000+ per month based on production.
