Italian Speaking Customer Support E-Commerce VA

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Fluent Italian-Speaking Virtual Assistant to support our customers and ensure a positive experience across all communication channels. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable using a computer and communicates confidently and professionally in Italian.

Key Requirements

Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Italian (English is a plus but not required).
Computer Literacy: Comfortable using a computer, email, chat systems, and basic online tools.
Communication Skills: Clear, polite, and professional communication style.
Reliability: Consistent availability during assigned working hours.

Responsibilities

Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or messaging platforms in Italian.
Issue Resolution: Assist customers with questions, requests, or basic problems and escalate issues when necessary.
Information Handling: Accurately record customer interactions and update basic records or systems.
Follow-Ups: Ensure customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
General Support: Provide day-to-day customer care support to help maintain high customer satisfaction.
