Leasing & Sales Specialist

Business Development & Investor Sales
-Prospect, qualify, and nurture new investor and property owner leads
-Assist with scheduling discovery calls to understand investor goals, property details, and portfolio needs
-Follow up on inbound and outbound investor leads via phone, email, and text
-Assist with managing sales pipeline and track progress in CRM
-Coordinate onboarding handoff once investors convert
-Assist with partnership outreach, referrals, and local market expansion
-Support marketing initiatives by routing and qualifying incoming leads

Leasing & Occupancy Management
-Manage leasing inquiries for vacant rooms and properties
-Conduct pre-qualification calls and booking approval interviews
-Guide prospective members through the application and approval process
-Follow up with warm and cold leasing leads to drive move-ins
-Review applications for completeness and approval criteria
-Coordinate move-in readiness and communicate next steps to members
-Maintain high occupancy targets and leasing conversion rates
-Assist with listings review and syndication support
