Plumbing Dispatch

I'm looking for a reliable Plumbing Dispatcher / Customer Service VA to manage day-to-day operations. You’ll answer incoming calls (if plumbers are too busy), schedule and dispatch plumbing jobs, communicate with customers and plumbers, track active jobs and plumber progress, handle follow-ups and customer service, and collect/track end-of-day payments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable multitasking. Clear, natural, easily understood spoken English is essential because you’ll be communicating with U.S. customers by phone.

Experience with plumbing, HVAC, dispatching, home services, or customer service is a strong plus but NOT REQUIRED. This work is an attractive model since you're working from home, primairly off your phone.

You would need a good mic not headphones that make lots of breathy noises (phone mic is completely fine), ability to be home or to step in a quiet room when answering calls, and good internet.

The hours are 8am-6pm EASTERN TIME ZONE (which is 8pm-6am). 6 days a week with Sundays off. Pay increase as workload increases in the next 2 months.
