Real Estate Cold Caller - US Sellers (Commission, Night Shift)

We are a real estate company based in New Jersey, USA. We buy properties directly from homeowners. We are hiring cold callers to talk to those homeowners and get deals under contract.

This is acquisitions work. You own the conversation from the first hello to a signed contract. You are not setting appointments for someone else and you are not reading a script into a void. When you close, you get paid a piece of it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Call US homeowners and open real conversations
- Find out why they might sell, when, what shape the property is in, and what they want for it
- Handle objections without folding or getting pushy
- Follow up with warm leads over weeks, not days
- Keep your notes clean in our CRM
- Join one team meeting a day

WHAT WE PAY
- 5 percent of the net profit on every deal you close
- There is no cap. Close more, earn more.
- Commission only. No base salary. No allowance.
- 1 month probation

Read that again before you apply. There is no monthly salary here. Some months you will earn more than a manager. Some months you will earn nothing. We are telling you plainly because we would rather lose you now than in week three.

YOUR SCHEDULE
- No daily quota. No weekly quota. No hourly tracking. We do not count your calls, we count your closings.
- Calls must happen between 9:00 AM and 7:45 PM US Eastern, which is 9:00 PM to 8:45 AM Manila time
- This is a NIGHT SHIFT. Please only apply if you can hold this schedule for the long term.
- One mandatory team meeting daily at 10:00 PM Manila time
- Outside of the meeting and your calling hours, your time is your own

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Excellent spoken English. Clear, warm, easy for an American to follow. This matters more than anything else on your resume.
- Experience cold calling or selling by phone
- Preferred: you are a licensed real estate agent here in the Philippines
- Stable internet, a quiet room during your shift, and a decent headset
- The discipline to work with nobody watching you

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY
If you need a guaranteed paycheck every month, this is not the job for you, and that is completely fair. If you are looking for something part time to fit around other clients, also not for you. This works for one type of person: a closer who would rather bet on themselves than draw a salary.

- First 15 seconds, introduce yourself
- Then speak as if you are on a live call and the homeowner has just said "I'm not interested in selling"

- Do not read from a script. We want to hear how you actually sound.
