Real Estate Lead Manager/Cold Caller

We’re looking for experienced Real Estate Lead Managers to join our growing U.S.-based real estate investment company.

Leadway home Buyers is a U.S. Real Estate Investing Company focused on acquiring properties in North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC). We connect with real estate professionals to find investment properties we can buy. We're growing fast and looking for our first dedicated cold caller to help us expand into new markets.

COMPENSATION
- base pay (depending on experience)
- 1% commission per closed deal
- Typical monthly earnings: $1,200–$2,500

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and grow relationships with real estate professionals through cold calls and follow-ups to find properties we can buy
- Make discovery calls to qualify new deals on motivation, condition, timeline, and price
- Keep call notes, appointments, and lead info accurate and up to date in our CRM

Requirements
- Fluent English with minimal accent
- At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate or Tele Sales
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships with U.S. real estate agents
- Available to work an 8-hour shift during U.S. Eastern business hours
