Warm Lead Caller

We have an open position for calling warm leads, who’ve just opted in from our Facebook Ads.

Your job is to help them set up an appointment with our clients and do outbound calls to warm leads.

We need you if you have experience in outbound calling and have previously worked with calls to American customers or prospects. Your ability to have an American accent is of uttermost importance.

Right now, we’re looking for a 40 hr, full time salaried position.

Time zone is 3 pm - 11 pm Eastern Time.

The job is calling leads and booking in appointments with those leads. It is quite simple & the leads are warm - easy to make a booking once the leads pick up on your call.

We provide you with tons of training, daily review & check in calls, and top tier team spirit. You will never feel “left alone” in this position.

Compensation:
$450 biweekly base pay with commissions on appointments you book. **Average payout over the past 3 months is roughly $600 biweekly**. This means that average pay is roughly $1300 per month (some months feature 3 payout cycles).
Top earners are at 100k php / mo. We pay through Wise, training is paid, and sick days are not deducted from pay.

Skills required:
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Experience with cold calling and/or calling online leads
- Minimal accent. We're going for American leads and would need someone with an American passing accent.

Technical requirements:
- Internet connection of at least 20mb upload and 20mb download speed
- Minimum of 8gb of ram
- Quality microphone
- Quality speakers / headphones

What you’ll be doing:
- Calling leads from our online software (Go High Level)
- Booking those leads into appointments
- Have text conversations with leads
- Attending training & check in calls daily
