"AI Automation Expert (Claude Code) "

Fast-growing tech company of AI automation specialists inside US businesses. We're building a brand-new team in Manila and need someone to head up a new office.

Please don't apply if you haven't built seriously with Claude Code. Every applicant is tested.

What you'll own

- Building, managing and growing a new team of AI automation specialists
- Reviewing and signing off all work before it goes live on client systems
- Creating our video training course for all new specialists to go through, from onboarding through to client delivery
- Running ongoing training as tools and methods change
- Setting the standards, processes and quality bar for the whole team

Requirements

- Based in Manila (physical location)
- Very fluent English. You'll deal with clients and senior stakeholders and have direct communication with the founder based in Dubai.
- Deep, hands-on Claude Code experience
- Strong IT or software background
- Confident linking APIs and MCPs together with Claude
- Experience leading or mentoring a technical team
- Able to explain technical work simply, on camera and in person
- Able to work [UK/US] business hours
