HVAC / Plumbing Estimator

I am hiring a full-time remote HVAC / Plumbing Estimator to help me with residential and light commercial estimating work.

My business handles HVAC and plumbing projects, including new construction, light commercial, and multifamily work.

This role is a good fit for someone who has experience reading construction plans, doing takeoffs, preparing estimates, checking quantities, and working with HVAC or plumbing scopes.

You will help me review plans, identify required materials, prepare takeoffs, check pricing, and organize estimates before they are reviewed.

The work may include pipe, fittings, fixtures, equipment, ductwork, mechanical components, and other HVAC or plumbing materials.

You will also help me track active bids, bid due dates, estimate status, pricing updates, and supplier quote requests.

I am looking for someone who is accurate with numbers, comfortable reading mechanical and plumbing plans, and able to check their own work before submitting an estimate.

Experience with U.S. HVAC or plumbing estimating is a strong advantage.

Experience with multifamily projects, unit-based takeoffs, supplier pricing, or GC bid packages is also a strong advantage.

You should be comfortable receiving instructions through email, text, or WhatsApp and completing estimates within the required deadline.

This may not be the right fit if you only have general construction estimating experience and no HVAC or plumbing exposure.

This is a full-time remote role. Work hours, software, and final compensation will be discussed during the screening process.
