Client Reporting & Performance Manager

We are a fast-growing marketing technology company managing paid media, geofencing, OTT/CTV, Meta, Google, and funnel systems for multi-location and high-growth businesses.

We are hiring a detail-oriented Client Reporting & Performance Manager responsible for:
- Preparing weekly performance reports using internal dashboards
- Communicating results good/bad clearly to clients
- Create strategic recommendations as part of the weekly report
- Support retention by ensuring clients feel informed and confident

This role is critical to client success and long-term retention.

You will be trained directly using our dashboards (TapClicks) and internal SOPs, to understand all of our software tools and stacks.
