Commission-Based Sales Rep for US SaaS Startup (Small Retainer + Commission)

We're SmartClockSystems ( ---------- ), a US-based SaaS platform for GPS time tracking, scheduling, and payroll for logistics, staffing, healthcare, and field service businesses.

We're looking for a sales rep to bring in our first paying clients. This is a startup role — small guaranteed retainer plus real commission on every deal you close.

What you'll do:
- Reach out to small-to-mid logistics, staffing agency, and field-service companies in the US
- Book and run product demos (we'll train you on the platform)
- Close deals and hand off onboarding to us

What we're looking for:
- Prior B2B SaaS or software sales experience (cold outreach, demos, closing)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable working independently with US business-hours overlap
- Someone who wants to grow into a bigger role as we land more clients

Compensation: $100-150/month base retainer + 15-20% commission on the first payment from any client you close. Paid monthly.
