DM Operations Assistant: AI sales system, fitness coaching clients

I run a company that manages Instagram DMs for fitness coaches. We have an AI system that reads every incoming message and writes the reply. The system works but nobody is watching it, and when it breaks, we find out from the client instead of from our own team

I'm looking for that person.

What you'd do: around 4 hours a day 6-7 days a week:

Check 5-8+ client Instagram inboxes and confirm the system is actually running
Review the replies our AI has drafted. Most go out exactly as written, you are checking, not rewriting
Write the reply yourself when the AI clearly got it wrong or the lead asked something it can't handle
Send the confirmations, and make sure people show up
Send me one short report at the end of every shift: what broke, what you fixed, what needs me

What I actually care about:

You notice things. If a conversation has been sitting unanswered for hours, I want you to catch it before I do. That is the whole job.
You respond fast. During your shift, I expect a reply from you within a few minutes.
Your written English is clean and casual. You're writing as a fitness coach talking to their followers, not as a support agent.
You can follow a script exactly, and you can tell when a situation isn't covered by one.

Nice to have, not required: Instagram DM work, appointment setting, ManyChat, Go High Level, or any job where you watched a system and caught problems in it.

Hours: 4 hours a day to start, throughout the day. As we add clients I want this to become full time. Rate: $5/hour to start, reviewed after 30 days, plus a monthly performance bonus. Start: with a paid 7-day trial.
