GoHighLevel Specialist - Automation, Funnels & Paid Ads (Full Time)

ABOUT US

Omni Digital Influence is a US marketing agency. We work with one
industry only: childcare centers and preschools. Our clients are
owners who need their classrooms full. We build the systems that
fill them.

We are small and growing. This is the first hire. You will not be
one of fifty people - you will be the person who runs delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build automations, workflows, funnels and nurture sequences in
GoHighLevel
- Set up new client sub-accounts from our standard system
- Schedule and publish Google Business Profile posts across
multiple client locations
- Build and launch Meta and Google ad campaigns from written specs
- Produce landing pages from our template - swap assets, verify
every link
- Populate AI chat knowledge bases with approved client answers
- Prepare media files, including converting HEIC images so they
work everywhere
- Pull and format monthly performance reports for review

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

- Talk to clients. All client contact stays with the owner.
- Decide strategy, budgets or pricing.
- Guess. If a spec is unclear you ask before you build.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Real hands-on GoHighLevel experience. You have built workflows
and funnels yourself, not just watched someone else do it.
- Experience inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong written English. Most of our work is written.
- You follow written instructions exactly, and you ask when
something does not make sense.
- You meet deadlines without being chased.

NICE TO HAVE

- Google Business Profile posting experience
- Basic HTML editing
- Experience with US clients

HOURS AND PAY

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Your own schedule. Most work is not live. Some overlap with US
Pacific time is needed for handoffs - we will agree on this.
- Starting range: USD 1,200 per month, based on skill
- Paid monthly. Raise reviewed at 90 days.
- Philippine holidays respected. Paid time off after 6 months.

Shortlisted applicants are given a paid test project - 3 to 4
hours, USD 40, paid whether or not you are hired.
