Digital Marketing Masters is a paid media agency specializing in Google Ads.

We are looking for an ELITE SALES CLOSER with 5+ years of professional cold calling and closing experience.

Your job is simple:

CALL → SELL → CLOSE → COLLECT PAYMENT → ONBOARD CUSTOMER

This is NOT an appointment setter position.

You are responsible for the entire sale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Cold call dental clinics, HVAC companies, and other local businesses
Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
Discover their marketing problems
Sell our Google Ads services
Handle objections
Close the deal
Complete the customer's signup on our website while you are on the phone
Collect the first payment
Enter the customer into our system
Hand the customer to fulfillment

We provide the lead lists and Kixie dialer.

You will use:

Kixie for calling
HubSpot for CRM and pipeline management

CLOSING PRIORITY

CLOSE THE DEAL YOURSELF ON THE FIRST CALL

THIS IS THE BEST OF THE BEST.

If the prospect is ready, close them that day, complete the signup, and collect payment.

IF THEY ARE NOT READY, BOOK A SECOND CALL WITH YOURSELF

You remain responsible for closing the deal.

ONLY AFTER YOUR SECOND CALL, IF THEY NEED MORE TRUST OR A DEEPER TECHNICAL CONVERSATION, BOOK A CALL WITH OUR PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST.

The Specialist is there to help you close, not replace you.

You own the opportunity.

TARGET

1 CLOSED DEAL PER DAY

5 CLOSED DEALS PER WEEK

20 CLOSED DEALS PER MONTH

We are looking for someone who wants to produce results, not someone looking for an easy remote job.

COMPENSATION

FIRST 30 DAYS:

$500 USD PAID TRIAL

Paid biweekly.

AFTER SUCCESSFUL TRIAL:

$2,500 USD PER MONTH BASE
