HR Recruiter

We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our team — from sourcing and screening through interviews.

This role works closely with company leadership and handles sensitive candidate and employee information, so trust and discretion are essential.


What You'll Do
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and proactively source candidates
- Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline through to offer
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline volume, source effectiveness)

Target
- Bring 1-2 people for interview everyday

This is an ongoing project and the company will be providing the job sites accounts.
We need an applicant to be very strong in finding and recruiting people from different nationalities.
