Crowned Media Group is looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Talent Recruiter
to help us identify and recruit potential livestream broadcasters.
This role is focused primarily on active sourcing and outreach. We are looking for someone who is
comfortable finding potential candidates, initiating conversations, screening prospects, and
consistently following up throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
● Actively source potential livestream broadcaster candidates
● Conduct direct outreach to prospective talents
● Screen candidates according to company qualifications
● Clearly explain the opportunity and application process
● Consistently follow up with prospective candidates
● Maintain accurate and organized applicant records
● Coordinate qualified applicants with management
● Meet agreed recruitment goals
● Provide regular recruitment progress updates
Qualifications
● Recruitment, talent sourcing, sales, talent management, or similar experience is preferred
● Strong written communication skills
● Comfortable conducting direct/cold outreach
● Organized and detail-oriented
● Consistent and dependable with follow-ups
● Able to follow instructions carefully
● Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
● Familiarity with livestreaming, content creators, influencers, or social media is an advantage
● Reliable internet connection and access to a computer

Compensation
Performance-based recruitment incentives.
