Cleaning Defenders — Remote

Cleaning Defenders is growing, and we're looking for a Hiring & Recruitment Manager to find, screen, and bring on the cleaners who keep our business running. This role is performance-driven: the better the hires you bring in, the more you earn.

What you'll do:

Source and screen candidates for cleaner positions (Indeed, Facebook, referrals, and other channels)
Conduct phone screenings and summarize findings for hiring decisions
Onboard new cleaners and make sure they're set up to succeed
Track cleaner performance over time (reliability, client feedback, review scores)
Build and maintain hiring and onboarding SOPs
Support recruitment marketing: writing job posts, employer-branding content, and hiring campaigns
Report on hiring pipeline, retention, and cleaner performance trends

What we're looking for:

Experience in recruiting, HR, or people management (cleaning or service industry a plus)
Strong instincts for spotting reliable, quality candidates
Comfortable conducting phone interviews and making judgment calls
Highly organized and consistent with follow-up
Good written and spoken English
Self-starter who works well independently
