HR Generalist / Manager

We're a global team of ~40 across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, growing a portfolio of leading Korean beauty brands including Beauty of Joseon, Needly, and Tirtir. We're looking for someone to be the face of the company for our people building a positive culture, looking after employee relations, and upholding standards fairly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the main point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters across the region.
- Build and protect a positive, professional workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance issues with the Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
- Partner with managers and the CEO on staffing needs, people decisions, and policy.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations (leave, records, benefits and insurance vendors).
- Review the accuracy of Payroll processing by admin support.
- Keep us aligned with Singapore employment regulations and coordinate regional compliance through local providers.

Qualifications:

- Experience in an HR, employee relations, or people role in international team. (Priority appllicant)
- Solid working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM guidelines, especially around discipline, grievances, and termination.
- Maturity, discretion, and sound judgment, comfortable being the face of the company and holding difficult conversations.
- Comfortable working across cultures (Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
