"IT Recruitment Resourcer & Administrator "

We're looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Resourcer to drive sourcing and candidate engagement for our Melbourne-based team. This is a remote, offshore role suited to someone who works well autonomously and moves fast without needing constant direction.

What you'll do
● Source and identify IT candidates across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
● Build and maintain talent pools ahead of upcoming roles
● Screen and qualify candidates against job briefs
● Support shortlisting through to placement
● Call candidates daily to build pipeline and gather market insight
● Help write job ads, format CVs and run reference checks
● Keep candidate and contact databases accurate and up to date

What you bring
● 2–3+ years' experience as an IT Recruitment Resourcer
● Experience and understanding of the Australian recruitment markets
● Solid grasp of IT roles, technologies and industry trends
● Confidence sourcing and screening against vague or evolving briefs
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment databases
● Strong communication and organisational skills
