Meta & Google Ads Manager | US Hours | $1,000/mo

Body Good is looking for a hands-on Meta and Google Ads manager to work directly with our team during U.S. business hours. This is a part-time role supporting paid advertising and social-media strategy.

Compensation: $1,000/month
Expected availability: Approximately 15 hours/week, with reliable overlap during U.S. business hours. You must be available for live collaboration and responsive communication during those hours.

What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, budgets, targeting, bidding, search terms, creative tests, and reporting.
- Audit existing ad accounts and conversion tracking, then turn findings into practical improvements.
- Help shape social-media strategy, creative briefs, landing-page tests, and funnel improvements.
- Report clearly on spend, acquisition costs, conversion quality, results, and next actions.
- Work carefully within healthcare and wellness advertising policies.

Required:
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing BOTH Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Recent campaign examples with your specific contribution and measurable results.
- Strong skills in campaign optimization, tracking, troubleshooting, creative testing, and conversion improvement.
- Reliable availability during U.S. business hours, stated in U.S. Eastern Time.
- Clear written communication and comfort working with an established team through Slack.

Healthcare or wellness advertising experience is strongly preferred. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, analysis, copy, testing, and workflow efficiency is a plus. Do not send patient information or confidential client data.
