Order Management Specialist

We are looking for a reliable, responsive, and highly coachable Video Editor / Content VA to work directly with a content creator and help turn raw footage into high-quality short-form content.

The primary responsibility is simple:

Take raw footage → edit it → deliver finished videos on time.

The goal is to consistently produce up to 10 short-form videos per day for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Edit up to 10 short-form videos per day from provided raw footage
* Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Edit videos in CapCut or similar editing software
* Add captions, text, cuts, zooms, transitions, music, sound effects, B-roll, and other elements when appropriate
* Learn and replicate the creator’s existing editing style
* Follow detailed examples and feedback to make the editing style consistent across videos
* Gradually learn and incorporate new editing styles as the creator’s content evolves
* Organize raw footage and completed videos using Google Drive
* Track content and assignments using Google Sheets
* Make revisions quickly when requested
* Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the day
* Meet deadlines without needing to be constantly reminded

THIS ROLE IS ABOUT MORE THAN EDITING

We can teach you the exact editing style we want.

You do not need to already know exactly how we want every video edited.

What matters most to us is your ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and consistently improve.

We will provide examples of the style we like and teach you our editing process. As you become comfortable with the system, you’ll be expected to take more ownership and eventually be able to make good editing decisions without needing instructions for every video.

REQUIREMENTS

* Fluent written and spoken English
* Previous experience with CapCut or another video editing platform preferred
* Experience editing TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar content preferred
* Comfortable working with Google Drive and Google Sheets
* Reliable computer and internet connection
* Able to work independently after training
* Able to handle multiple videos and deadlines at the same time
* Willing to receive feedback and make changes quickly
* Must be highly responsive and communicative

WORK ARRANGEMENT

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.

We care more about getting the work completed correctly and on time than requiring you to sit at a computer for exactly 8 hours every day.

You will have daily production targets and deadlines. As long as the work is completed to the expected standard and you remain responsive when communication is needed, you will have flexibility in how you structure your workday.

There will be an agreed period of availability for communication and feedback.

COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Starting base salary: $400–$500 USD/month, depending on experience and editing ability.

There is also an opportunity to earn additional monthly performance bonuses based on the total performance of the content you help produce.

For example:

* 1,000,000+ total monthly views: additional $50 bonus
* 2,000,000+ total monthly views: additional $100 bonus
* 5,000,000+ total monthly views: additional $200 bonus

As the content operation grows, there will be opportunities for increased compensation and responsibility.
