Recruiting and Operations Coordinator - Mobile App

AniAni is an app that pays people in Metro Manila to record videos of their own everyday chores at home, using their phone on a head strap. The videos are used to train home robots. People are paid per approved hour, weekly, to GCash. The app is live on Google Play. Feel free to try it: ----------

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This is an operations role, not a support desk. You own the whole path from "interested" to "recording every day."

- Find people in Greater Metro Manila who want to earn from recording their chores. Facebook groups, Messenger, Viber, your own network.
- Onboard each person yourself: help them install the app, sign up with your referral code, sign the agreement, pass the camera test, and record their first practice video.
- Arrange the head strap for each person who passes the practice video. We ship them, you coordinate.
- Help people get started and collect their first hour.
- Collect every problem people run into, in the app or in the process, and report it to us clearly so we can fix it.
- Keep a simple tracker of everyone you have reached and where they are in the process.
- Send us a short report daily.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Based in Greater Metro Manila
- Organized and reliable, comfortable running a process with many people at once
- Good at finding people and convincing them. Recruiting and onboarding is the core of this role
- Genuinely active in Facebook or community groups, and able to name the ones you would use
- Patient with people who are not technical
- Comfortable messaging strangers and being told no
- Reachable on Messenger or Viber during the day
- Experience in operations, onboarding, community management, recruiting, BPO, or as a virtual assistant is a plus. How you handle people matters more than your job titles
