ABOUT BEES MOBILE

Bees Mobile is a digital communications company providing US/HK virtual phone numbers and travel eSIM services.

We are now expanding in the Philippines and looking for team members who can help us recruit, train, and grow our local Partner Network.

This is a long-term opportunity, starting with a short paid trial.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main job is to find and recruit people who can become Bees Mobile Partners and Team Leaders, then help them get started and grow their teams.

Your responsibilities include:

Recruit Partners and potential Team Leaders across the Philippines
Reach out through Facebook, Messenger, online communities, and your own network
Conduct online presentations through Zoom, Messenger, or similar platforms
Onboard and train new Partners using materials provided by the company
Follow up with Partners and help keep them active
Track recruitment results and submit a simple weekly report
Share feedback with our Marketing Team about what works in the Philippine market

Experience in Recruitment, Sales, Direct Selling, Network Marketing, Insurance, Reseller Networks, VA Management, or Team Leadership is a strong advantage.

2-WEEK PAID TRIAL

Candidates who pass our screening process will start with a 2-week paid trial.

10 working days
USD 20 per working day
USD 200 total for 10 completed working days
Clear targets and instructions will be provided before starting
Training materials, scripts, and presentation materials will be provided

During the trial, we will evaluate your recruitment performance, English communication, follow-up, execution, and ability to build a team.

IMPORTANT:

If you do not meet the required target during the 2-week trial, you will still be paid USD 20 for each completed working day, provided the required work for those days was properly completed.

ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS IMPORTANT

This position requires communication with our Head Office and participation in online meetings and presentations.

You must be able to:

Speak and write English confidently
Understand English work instructions
Participate in meetings in English
Clearly explain Bees Mobile to potential Partners

A perfect accent is not required, but you must be comfortable communicating in English.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in recruitment, sales, team building, direct selling, network marketing, insurance, reseller networks, or similar work
Has experience recruiting, training, or managing people
Has good spoken and written English
Is fluent in Tagalog
Can work independently and follow up consistently
Has stable internet and a quiet place for calls and meetings
Is comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools
Is organized, responsible, and honest about work progress

Bonus: Experience building large teams, Facebook/Messenger recruiting, or an existing network in VA, OFW, travel, insurance, or direct-selling communities.

CAREER PATH & COMPENSATION

Stage 1 — 2-Week Paid Trial
USD 20/day × 10 working days = USD 200

Stage 2 — 3-Month Trial
USD 600–1,000/month + Performance Bonus

Stage 3 — Long-Term Position
Up to USD 1,300/month + Performance Bonus

Strong performers will have the opportunity to join Bees Mobile as long-term team members.
